Lifepath – This exciting annual Scripture Union event is held at Brinkburn Priory in June each year. In total, nearly 500 primary age children will hear about the lives of the early monks and get connected with God in some really creative ways. ABC has supported the event with both volunteers and providing coffee using the Mighty Oaks Coffee Van.
We always try at least once a year to have a church family BBQ usually down at Alnmouth Playpark. We run this as a joint venture with all our friends from Messy Church and have a great time.

Alnwick Baptist Church always books the Northumberland Hall for these big celebrations. We heard, through story-telling and drama, the story of the Hungry Caterpillar and his transformation into a beautiful butterfly, which lead nicely into the transformation the Risen Christ can make in our lives, this one and the one to come.
Lots of joyful singing too. We were invited to write short prayer requests on butterfly shaped post-it notes to add to the pots and ‘empty tomb’.
Most people stayed on for cakes and beverages afterwards.
