We know that church is not simply a Sunday congregation but a family that connects in many and various means throughout the week. We want you to find a place of connection whether that be Sunday morning, Monday evening, Tuesday mid-day or Wednesday afternoon. Please use the contact form to get in touch with us if you'd like to know more. In all this, we continue to seek to be a missional church bringing the good news of Jesus to our communities in words and actions.
On this page you will find information for our Sunday morning services in the coming months. We very much look forward to welcoming you, whether you be local or on holiday. The messages are recorded and uploaded to our 'LISTEN' menu on this homepage. We share refreshments after the service. Our services run from 10:30-11:45am.
There are seasons for everything and we want to follow where God leads. The ecumenical Messy Church and our monthly All Age Service are in place because our families are an integral part of our wider church family. We now have multiple midweek groups where smaller numbers allow for deeper relationships and journeying together as Jesus Followers. Our Tuesday 'Explore' group is a great access point for those curious about faith and wanting to know more about God. Our embryonic missional communities in the form of The Gathering and Faith Talks have continued to grow over the last four years and we'd love to see more of them. Warm Hub has been well received in the community with a safe space for many to gether each week. In September, we were delighted to commission Karen as our Pioneer Minister in Widdrington and we look forward to seeing how God works in that community. We love visual images at ABC and God has spoken to us through them. This one is 'Aslan is on the Move' and is taken from an Alnwick highpoint overlooking the town. Aslan is the lion in the famous CS Lewis The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe. We really sense that God is at work in Alnwick and this image is one of Hope.
