Alnwick Baptist Church

Being a Christian means having a relationship with God, and the relationship needs prayer just as any relationship needs conversation.  In the church, we try to encourage praying together as well as individually.
Opportunities to pray include the Sunday service, housegroup meetings and the weekly prayer meeting on Saturday mornings, where we pray for the needs of individuals and wider concerns around the world.
As well as praying for others, we often need prayer ourselves.  There is a prayer line where a request for prayer will be passed on to a few people to pray.  People pray for one another after the Sunday services and we have a monthly evening service with a longer time for people to pray through individual needs and issues.
