Alnwick Baptist Church

Welcome to our website, and to Alnwick Baptist Church. We’re a diverse group of people, and far from perfect, but I can honestly say that it is a privilege to be the pastor of this church family. We do try to express our care for each other prayerfully and practically, and also have a heart to look beyond ourselves and share God’s love and truth with a world in need.

We hope we are a community where people find grace and acceptance, a ‘safe’ place where folks can be real and honest about their struggles and questions, and find help and healing, while also being open to the challenge of God’s Word. We want to help people develop a faith which they can apply to the whole of life, not just the ‘religious’ bits! We seek to be people who speak and are Good News. We long to see God at work in people’s lives and building His Kingdom among us.

We’re on a journey together with God and each other which is both challenging and exciting!
